Postage and packing charges

1. All UK orders are charged at £2.49 for the first item and an additional £0.99 per additional item.   Orders will normally be sent out by first class mail unless the order is very bulky in which case it may be sent by parcel post, or, in the case of very large orders (i.e. 2 x hoodies) we may also send second class.  UK orders will be dispatched as soon as possible depending on whether we have your exact item in stock. Usually you will receive your order within 3-4 days but please allow at least 14 days for delivery, though if we have to place a special order to obtain your item, you may need to allow up to 28 days. If you are buying for a special occasion (for example, as a birthday present) then please let us know when you place the order as if we are unable to deliver in time, we will let you know so you can make alternative arrangements. Hopefully that won't be the case of course.

2. P&P charges to Europe depend on which country you are ordering from. Unfortunately, we have experienced higher levels of fraud and fraudulent claims of items going missing from certain countries, and so if you are ordering from one of those countries, we have to charge higher P&P so we can get proof of delivery. We need proof of delivery when a customer either claims not to have received an item, or where someone places an order using a stolen card. Customers from European countries where we have had no such problems, i.e. Austria, France, Norway, Switzerland, Spain, Portugal, Norway, Ireland and several others will be charged lower P&P because we are confident that these orders are less likely to be problematical and we can simply post by airmail small packets. For these countries, we charge £2.99 for the first item, then £1.49 for each additional item.  For any countries outside this "safe zone" as we call it, P&P is £5.99 for the first item then £1.49 for each extra item.

3. The same goes for orders to the rest of the world outside Europe. USA and Canada are charged at a lower rate than other countries because, again, we tend to have fewer problems with customers from these countries. USA and Canada is £4.49 for the first item (airmail) then £1.49 each additional.  Orders to the rest of the world are charged at a rate of £6.99 for the first item and then £1.49 per additional item because we need to get proof of posting and delivery.

All orders sent outside the UK will be posted via airmail. Please allow at least 14-28 days for delivery to Europe and beyond and some countries may take even longer, for example, orders to Italy tend to take a long time due to Italian customs who are notoriously slow.

However your item is sent, we always get proof of posting.
