1. All orders must be pre-paid by either Paypal or cheque before they are processed. We may be adding other payment methods (to cover credit and debit cards) in the near future, but these are good for now.

2. We only sell genuine licensed merchandise. However, please be aware that most music and band t-shirts are printed on generic label quality t-shirts. They do not have "band labels" or necessarily come in branded packaging. Well actually, some come in branded packaging (depending on the t-shirt distributor), but many don't. Most are printed on t-shirts made by the likes of Gildan, Starworld, Fruit of the Loom etc. Please do not make the mistake of thinking that because a t-shirt doesn't have a custom band label in the neck that it's a bootleg or unauthorised. It isn't because if it came from us, it's fully licensed and legit.

3. We sell a vast and interesting range of genuine licensed music t-shirts. Delivery times will simply depend on whether we have your exact order in stock. If we do, it will be posted within 48 hours by first class mail. If we don't have it in stock then due to the scale of our range, we may need 7 - 14 days to source stock should we need to order them in, and you need to allow a further seven days for delivery. In other words, please allow up to three weeks for delivery from the date of ordering. We'll do our best to beat this, but this is realistic given the logistics involved. We will do our utmost to let you know where we are up to with your order as we appreciate that it can be frustrating when you don't know what's happening or when your order will be arriving.

4. Most shirts are available in Small, Medium, Large and Extra Large. Sometimes XXL as well. In an ideal world, all sizes would be available at all times, but unfortunately there are sometimes limitations. T-shirt sizes are not an exact science. However, as a guide, they normally work out as follows:

Mens T-shirts (most mens shirts can as easily be worn by women as well remember, especially if skinny fit is not your thing).

Small = 36-37" chest

Medium = 38-39" chest

Large = 40-41" chest

Extra Large = 42-43" chest

XXL= 44-46" chest.

Womens skinny fit t-shirts

Small = Size 8

Medium = Size 10

Large = Size 12

XL = Size 14

XXL= Size 16

5. In the unlikely event of us being unable to supply the shirt(s) you ordered and paid for, we will let you know and make a prompt refund. It's not our intention to waste your time (or ours) on out of stock items, so please bear with us should this occur.

6. We send all UK orders out by Royal Mail and obtain proof of posting for all packages. Orders to Europe will be sent by airmail small packet.

7. If you can't see a t-shirt that you would like to buy, please let us know via the contact us form and we'll take your suggestion on board. Who knows, we might even amaze you and add it to our stock. We are on the look out for additional t-shirts to add to our range all the time and expect our range of shirts to grow substantially over time.

8. We will only send the merchandise to the registered paypal address. If you want it sending elsewhere then you must contact us to explain. Otherwise expect the merchandise to go the PAYPAL address, not to the address you registered with. 

9. If the shirt you want is showing as out of stock then please email us and we will try and get it for you. All shirts listed are available to us at some time and shirts are constantly going in and out of stock. We want your business and we will do what we can get get you the t-shirt to want.
